INGREDIENTS:
Vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides) root powder and essential oil, jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) oil, shea butter, goat milk, cold pressed sweet almond, coconut and castor oils, lye, coco glucoside.

Laavanya is a gentle scrub soap with the wonderful, earthy aroma of vetiver essential oil and finely ground vetiver root powder. Vetiver essential oil has been used in Ayurvedic treatments and aromatherapy since time immemorial to regenerate skin cells, and to treat skin infections and conditions such as dermatitis, itching, acne and scars including pock marks. It cleanses the skin from within, opening up the pores, and thus effectively eliminates blackheads, whiteheads and other blemishes, making skin glow with an ethereal radiance. Jojoba oil is the liquid wax extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant, and is a humectant, which locks in moisture and keeps skin hydrated. It minimises fine lines and keeps skin supple and soft. Being non-comedogenic, it is also a powerful anti-acne agent. Goat milk and shea butter provide additional skin hydrating and healing properties. DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE:
Natural soaps have a lot of humectants like glycerine in them, which attract atmospheric moisture, thereby causing the soaps to “sweat” in the form of droplets of water condensing on their surface. This is nothing to be alarmed about, and does not affect the beneficial properties of the soaps at all. It is recommended to store unopened soaps in a cool and dry place with a sachet of dehumidifier, and not in bathroom cupboards or any place where humidity levels are high. Once opened, keep the soap in a soap dish with adequate drainage holes. If left in standing water, the soap will absorb the water and become soggy and sticky, rendering the soap unusable.
The colour or appearance of the product may change over time owing to aging of the natural ingredients, but as long as it smells good, it is as effective as before, with all properties intact.

Parcel opening video is must to address any issues (size, damaged items, missing items, wrong item delivered, broken/torn parcel etc ..). and whatsApp the same to 9072768383 .
It should be a 360 degree parcel opening video in which you have to show parcel from all the sides and then open so it can be seen that it was not opened from any other side. Strictly no issues will be entertained without proper parcel opening video as mentioned above. Video should be Without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered. Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything.
If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App site within 48 of receiving the product.
Pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
